1. No Refunds After Service Delivery
Once a service (e.g., ad setup, strategy call, automation) has been delivered, no refund will be issued.
2. Advance Payments
All advance payments are considered final. No partial or full refunds will be issued unless we fail to deliver the promised service.
3. Exceptions
In rare cases, if a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
