1 Create a new Google Form. ＋ New Form
2 Add 9 "Short answer" questions, in this exact order: Guest Name, Phone, Arrival Date, Destination, Nights, Adults, Children, Package Name, Price.
3 Click the Responses tab → the green Sheets icon → "Create a new spreadsheet". Your responses will now land there automatically.
4 Click ⋮ (top right) → Get pre-filled link. Type anything into all 9 boxes, click "Get link", then copy that link.
5 Paste that link below and click Connect.
Sends guest name, phone, dates, destination, package name and price as one new row per package.

📋 Rate Card (saved automatically, survives refresh)
Default / Season Rates — used whenever no specific hotel/vehicle rate is saved below. Change these for peak season, off-season, etc. — they're saved and stay in effect until you change them again.
Paste a hotel/vehicle rate list (from a WhatsApp message, PDF, or text copied from an image) and it'll be parsed and saved. It stays saved until you remove it — costs auto-use these rates instead of the flat defaults whenever a match is found. Hotel rates are per person, per night (not per room).
Note: this tool can't read PDF/image files directly — copy the text out of them and paste it above.
On the client PDF, only the best 1–2 photos per hotel/vehicle are shown (to keep it clean) — but you can save as many as you like here for your own reference.
Pricing
Uses your Default/Season Rates (or saved rate-card entries) for hotel + cab, then margin applied. Breakdown appears here after calculating — this box is for your reference only and is never shown to the guest.
Trust & Urgency
These build trust and urgency on the client PDF — a rating badge, a "valid until" date, and a one-tap WhatsApp confirm button.
